By interacting with QQPay, submitting information to QQPay or signing up for any services offered by QQPay, you are deemed to agree and consent to us (as well as our related body corporates, representatives and/or agents) collecting, using or disclosing and sharing amongst ourselves your Personal Information in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy.
QQPay built the QQPay app and QQPay web portal as a free app and web portal. This SERVICE is provided by QQPay at no cost and is intended for use as is.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at QQPay unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Your Account Information
You provide your mobile phone number, your full name and email address when you create an account with us.
Your Remittance Profile
When you apply KYC for remittance through our QQPay Mobile App, we will collect your information as per regulation — including your personal details such as your contact information, full name, national identification card details, address(es), date of birth, nationality, occupation details including employer details, telephone number(s), salary range, source of funds and other relevant contact information, your selfie image, image of your identity card, and your digital signature. This information will only be used for us to verify that you are a genuine person before you are able to send money abroad.
Beneficiary Information
Contact information of other persons that are privy to your fund transfer (e.g. the beneficiary of your remittance order), such as the beneficiary's name, relationship, purpose of transaction, address(es), telephone number(s), national identification card details, bank account information and other relevant contact information.
Customer Support
You may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including your phone number, your device information and your identity information.
Whenever you use our Service (QQPay Mobile App and QQPay Web Portal), we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, device location, device type, device mobile number, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data will only be used in case there is an error on the app and we need to troubleshoot the problem. It will not be shared externally or with any third-party individuals or companies.
